Proposed development at Salden Park
Taylor Wimpey has advised that it will be hosting a public exhibition event to give local people the chance to view and comment on plans for new homes in Salden Park, South West Milton Keynes.
Taylor Wimpey will be preparing its first phase of reserved matters planning applications, as part of the 1,795 new homes in Salden Park. The proposed development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom homes, with up to 30% of the new homes designated as affordable housing. The development will also feature employment land, a local centre, a primary and secondary school, and large public open space. The first phase of the development will consist of 526 new homes.
The public exhibition will take place at Longueville Hall, Whaddon Road, Newton Longville, MK17 0AT between 3pm and 8pm on Thursday 19th October 2023.
The proposals can also be viewed online at: www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/salden-park-proposed-development
Feedback can be submitted via the website or by emailing: salden-park@taylorwimpey-pr.co.uk during the public consultation period which runs from Thursday 19th October until Friday 27th October 2023.
