West Bletchley Council donate proceeds from the Carnival to a chosen charity (or constituted community group/organisation) every year. We asked YOU to nominate your organisation, to tell us how they serve the community of West Bletchley.

Looking for a stall or pitch at Carnival 2018?  With upwards of 8000 visitors across the course of the day Carnival is a great platform for local community groups, charities and small businesses to reach out and can be a great earning, fundraising and promotional opportunity.  Priority and discount given to MK3 residents. 

West Bletchley Carnival is, first and foremost, hosted by and delivered for the residents of West Bletchley.  The objective of the event will always be to benefit and support the MK3 community.  Local schools, Churches, community groups, charities and businesses - the social infrastrucuture of West Bletchley - will be celebrated, showcased and supported to take part and to come together as a community for one afternoon when Whaddon Way is closed for our parade and you and your neighbours can step out of your home to watch and cheer on your fellow residents.

(Please note:  Applying to be one of our stallholders, is an acceptance of our event T&Cs).

Could you be our exclusive bar at Carnival 2018?  With approximately 8000 thirsty punters, Carnival is a fun and profitable event to work.  Tenders for bar and/or other refreshment providers such as candyfloss, popcorn and ice-cream traders can be accepted.  To register your interest, simply email:  Carnival@WestBletchleyCouncil.gov.uk.

  • West Bletchley Schools and Youth Groups can get support in developing their Carnival float, simply register your interest by email to:  Carnival@WestBletchleyCouncil.gov.ukFREE incentives, such as workshops and/or funding are on a first-come, first-served basis.
